FinSurfers is led by Rodions Matvejevs, a fintech operator and adviser with 15 years across growth, credit and operations, including C-level roles in European consumer finance. He works with owners, boards and leadership teams to launch and scale lending businesses across Europe, Central Asia, MENA and selected emerging markets.

TRACK RECORD

Before founding FinSurfers, Rodions held C-level roles in European consumer finance and technology, including Chief Commercial Officer at Eleving Group, a multi-market vehicle and consumer finance group, and CMO at Dyninno, an international travel and fintech group. His work since has covered consumer lending, BNPL, auto finance, collections, decisioning and funding across Europe, Central Asia and MENA.

Rodions also serves in a group-level strategy and product mandate at a multi-market consumer finance group, which keeps FinSurfers' work grounded in live portfolio, funding and operating decisions.
